We use your information to arrange pickup and handle your laundry order.
What we collect
A pickup request includes your name, phone number, address, preferred time and any notes you choose to share. If you add a map location, it is used to help locate your pickup address.
How we use it
The GreenLab team uses these details to contact you, arrange pickup, receive your laundry and connect your request to your order. Please do not include sensitive information in the notes.
Your private order link
Your link gives access to your request or order details. Keep it private and do not post it publicly. We do not let people look up customer details using only an order number.
Maps and your location
Opening the map loads tiles from OpenStreetMap. A street or place search is sent to its search service only when you press Search. Your device location is requested only when you choose to add it. You can always type an address instead. Leave room numbers, names and phone numbers out of map searches.
Remembering your request
You can choose to keep a private request link in the current browser tab. It is not a customer account or a history of all your orders. Leave this option off on a shared device, and use Forget this link on the home page to remove it. The home page does not preview your personal details.

Contact your branch if you need to correct your details, have lost your order link or have a question about your information.
